ECR PDC Gel Extra

 

Overview:

ECR PDC Gel Extra is a powerful, biodegradable cleaning gel that has been designed to remove all deposits of ink and varnish on printing machinery.

Features:

ECR PDC Gel Extra is a gel product that has been specifically formulated for cleaning the cylinders and rolls of printing equipment.

Technical Benefits:

ECR PDC Gel Extra can be used for cleaning manually or in combination with an ultrasonic bath.

Applications:

ECR PDC Gel is used undiluted and applied with a soft brush.

The gel needs to be left for several minutes to allow the ink and varnish deposits to soften.

A hard brush can then be used to assist and speed up the cleaning process.

Ensure that the frost does not dry the gel after it has been applied.

After cleaning ensure that all pasts or areas cleaned are rinsed with water.

ECR PDC Gel Extra cannot be used on machines or equipment rolls that contain Aluminium or other non Ferrous materials.

Precautions:

It is recommended that the surfaces to be cleaned or treated should initially be tested with a small amount of the selected chemical in a non-critical area, to determine if any adverse reaction takes place.
