Foam Cleaner 130

Overview:

Foam Cleaner 130 is a concentrated, liquid cleaning product containing a high percentage of active ingredients.

It is designed specifically for the cleaning and degreasing of air coolers and fin fans on heat exchangers to improve heat transfer.

Main Features:

The foaming characteristics of Foam Cleaner 130 when applied under low pressure with a foam lance, allow the chemical to penetrate slowly for optimum cleaning performance.

The chemical formulation is completely biodegradable.

Technical Benefits:

Foam Cleaner 130 is non-toxic, non-flammable and does not affect the performance of oil-water separators.

The chemical is safe to use on a wide variety of metals and has no affect on Aluminium or other non-ferrous materials.

Applications:

Foam Cleaner 130 is able to be diluted to between 5% and 10% of concentrate with water, depending on the level and type of contamination, the cleaning method and the temperature of the solution being applied.

The ideal application temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees centigrade.

After the foam application, allow the chemical to work for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing with large amounts of high-pressure water.

Precautions:

It is recommended that the surfaces to be cleaned or treated should initially be tested with a small amount of the selected chemical in a non-critical area, to determine if any adverse reaction takes place.

Safety:

Refer appropriate MSDS before handling and use.
