Water Lube

Water Lube is a water-based formulation, used during the manufacture of paper tissue and towel products in the paper converting industry. It replaces mineral oil lubricants and avoids build-up of laminating glues, fibres and dust on the steel embossing and rubber marrying rollers.

Periodic Deep Cleaner

Primeur is a user friendly, concentrated, alkaline cleaning liquid for the daily cleaning of water-based inks, used in cardboard and label printing.

Main Features:

Primeur is formulated as a universal cleaning chemical for the cleaning of printing equipment and the surrounding floors.

It is especially suitable for removing water-based inks from polymer printing plates.

Additional applications include the cleaning of rotogravure cylinders, Anilox rollers and associated printing tools.

Technical Benefits:

Primeur is 100% biodegradable, is not flammable, non-toxic and does not affect the performance of oil/water separators.

Primeur is non-corrosive and is safe as a universal cleaning chemical for both equipment and the user.

The concentrate chemical can be diluted 1:9 with water, making it very economical to use.

Primeur can be applied manually or as shown in the attached schematic drawings.

After application of Primeur and when the cleaning process is completed, the cleaned parts and surfaces must be rinsed with water.

It is recommended that the surfaces to be cleaned or treated should initially be tested with a small amount of the selected chemical in a non-critical area, to determine if any adverse reaction takes place.

Refer appropriate MSDS before handling and use.
