The Quick Intervention Unit is a flexible spraying system, which can be used when you have a small odor spill in combination with O – Scent.
How to use:
- The unit has a total capacity of 24 Ltr. Fill up the unit with max 2 ltr O-Scent and 18 Ltr water.
- Add pressure of maximum 4 bar with air compressor.
- Nozzle with 0.5 micron what creates very small droplets , will reduce the tension surface and make together with O Scent the odorant watersoluble
- Add additional air when pressure drops under 1 bar, to guarantee optimal vaporisation of the mixture.
- As there is no need for electricity the Quick Intervention Unit could be used within ATEX Zone 0 which is the most hazardous workplace type where gases, vapours and mists are present.
